Lelia believes one of the cornerstones to a happy and successful life is giving back to the community and helping improve the lives of others. As a volunteer, she is the President of a humanitarian foundation and works with the United Nations representing a global NGO to alleviate poverty, protect the environment and create a culture of peace and non-violence. Lelia is also the Director of the Foundation’s healing and meditation center where she teaches mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction/wellness techniques and ancient Tibetan healing methods. As an “inner scientist’ and teacher of mind-body integration, she helps people effectively manage stress, tension, chronic pain, depression and many other illnesses and helps people live more balanced, peaceful and joyful lives.
